Non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions will result in the inability to access or utilize our services.
These Terms & Conditions replace any prior agreements or arrangements you may have had with us. Blue retains the right to terminate these Terms or any services offered to you or even cease offering or denying access to the services at our discretion and for any reason.
We may periodically make amendments to the Terms & Conditions associated with our services, and any such changes will be effective once we post the updated Terms or policies on the relevant service platform. By continuing to access or use our services after any amendments, you expressly consent to be bound by the modified Terms.
Our commitment to these Terms of Service reflects our dedication to providing a seamless and reliable transportation experience.

Suppose a complaint or conflict requires resolution, including an accident involving you and the Driver. In that case, we may provide the necessary information (including your contact information) to the concerned authorities.
2. Blue Platform: Making Convenient Transportation Possible
Blue is a technology-driven solution platform that empowers users of Blue’s mobile applications to arrange and schedule transportation quickly. Through the platform, users can connect with third-party providers who offer these services, all under arrangements with Blue or its affiliates.
Remember that Blue does not directly provide transportation or function as a transportation carrier is essential. Instead, all rides are provided by drivers working under the supervision of limousine companies or sponsored by them.
The Blue platform serves as a conduit for users, enabling them to access a vast network of drivers, who can fulfill their transportation. These drivers are unrelated to Blue but have agreed to provide their services through the platform.
By utilizing Blue’s platform, users benefit from the convenience and flexibility of arranging transportation on-demand while also availing themselves of a vast network of drivers. These Terms & Conditions allows Blue to offer a seamless experience while connecting users with reliable and verified service providers within their local communities.
Overall, Blue’s platform provides users with a convenient and reliable means of accessing transportation. By relying on a network of drivers, Blue ensures that users receive high-quality service that meets their transportation needs efficiently.
3. Blue Reliable Platform Definitions
To better define and clarify the key terms used with Blue’s contracts, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Platform, the following definitions are provided:
“Blue” “User app” is a technology-driven solution platform that empowers users of Blue’s mobile applications to arrange and schedule transportation quickly. Through the platform, users can connect with third-party providers who offer these services, all under arrangements with Blue or its affiliates.
“Blue Driver app” is the driver’s platform through which drivers can contact users to arrange and schedule transport requests they receive through this platform applications.
“Platforms and applications” are both driver and user platforms and applications:
“Personal information” the data and information generated about users and drivers.
“Users” or “You” refer to individuals who avail themselves of the services provided by the drivers.
“Driver” indicates the individual engaged as the vehicle’s operator, who provides the requested services to the customers.
“Driver” or “Drivers” refers to the person(s) acting as the operator(s) of the vehicle(s), who provide(s) the required services to customers and who is (are) affiliated with limousine companies or sponsored by them.
“Vehicles” are operated by drivers, referred to as “Drivers,” and are owned by limousine companies or sponsored by them.
“Use of Service” encompasses all activities related to users downloading the Company’s Mobile Application and any other actions associated with accessing and utilizing the services provided by Blue.
The term “Services” encompasses various offerings, including road-hailing services and pickup and drop services (booking), provided by the driver from and to locations per the user’s request.
“Territory” refers to the Estonia.
4. Enhancing Transportation Convenience with the Blue Platform
The Blue platform revolutionizes transportation convenience by allowing users to schedule ride-hailing services through its user-friendly mobile application. When drivers accept a booking for hailing, pickup, and drop-off services, Blue’s application promptly provides users with the driver’s details.
To ensure a smooth experience, Blue makes reasonable efforts to fulfill users’ booking requests by assigning drivers available near their location. Blue promptly shares the Driver’s primary name, contact information, picture, plate number, and estimated arrival time if a driver is available. However, please note that while Blue facilitates the booking process, the driver is ultimately responsible for delivering the final service. If a driver cannot fulfill a user’s request after accepting the ride, Blue will not be held liable.
Using the Blue platform, users declare that the information they provided is accurate and complete, and Blue is given permission to verify it. Users should download the correct application, visit the official website, and contact the proper support team to ensure a smooth experience. Blue cannot be held responsible if users download the wrong application, visit an incorrect website, or contact a false support team.
While utilizing the service, users agree to treat both Blue and the driver with respect and refrain from causing damage to the driver’s vehicle or engaging in any unlawful or abusive behavior. It is important to note that any materials on the Blue platform are not meant to be used as advice. Blue is not responsible for any problems or harm that might occur if someone decides to rely on these materials, whether directly or indirectly. In simpler terms, if the drivers and users use the information on the platform and encounter any issues, Blue is not responsible for them.
The Blue service is available only to individuals at least 18 years old to ensure user safety and compliance. Through our platform, users can effortlessly book rides and request transportation services. At the same time, drivers benefit from the support and resources offered by Blue, thereby expanding their customer base and enhancing their income.
It’s important to emphasize that Blue operates as an intermediary platform, facilitating connections and transactions between users and drivers affiliated with limousine companies or sponsored by them, thus ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for all parties involved.
5. Access and Usage Permit for the Blue Platform
Subject to the user’s compliance with the terms outlined in this T&C (Terms and Conditions), Blue grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable Permit. This Permit enables users to access and utilize the Blue Platform and any associated materials exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
Accepting these terms allows the user to access and use the Blue Platform within the bounds specified in the Permit. It is essential to adhere to all terms and conditions to ensure continued access and usage of the platform.
This Permit is exclusively granted to the user and cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party without prior written consent from Blue. Additionally, this Permit may be revoked by Blue at any time should the user violate any of the terms outlined in this T&C.
The granted Permit allows users to access and use the Blue Platform for personal purposes, such as booking and utilizing transportation services. Commercial use of the platform, including any help to generate revenue or offer services to others, is strictly prohibited.
By accessing and utilizing the Blue Platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to abide by all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, any modifications, copying, distribution, or secondary use of the Blue Platform or associated materials without explicit authorization from Blue is strictly prohibited.
The user must be aware that this Permit does not grant any ownership or intellectual property rights related to the Blue Platform or its associated materials. All ownership and intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Blue.
In the event of a breach of the terms of this T&C, Blue reserves the right to terminate or suspend the user’s access to the Blue Platform without any prior notice or liability.
By continuing to access and use the Blue Platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this T&C. It is essential to review and understand these terms to ensure compliance and continued access to the Blue Platform.
6. Accessing Third-Party Services and Content: Acknowledgment and Disclaimer
When using the Services, it is possible to access third-party services and content, including advertisements, which are not controlled by Blue. The user acknowledges that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply when utilizing such third-party services and content. It is important to note that Blue does not endorse these third-party services and content. Therefore, it shall not be held responsible or liable for any products or services such third-party providers provide.
To access theBlue Platform, users can utilize applications developed for Apple iOS and Android. In such cases, Apple Inc, and their applicable international subsidiaries and affiliates act as third-party beneficiaries of this contract. Please note that while these entities are not direct parties to this contract, they are not responsible for the provision or support of the Blue Platform in any manner. Users who access the Blue Platform through these devices are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the applicable third-party beneficiary’s service agreement.
Users need to acknowledge that Blue does not have control over the content and services provided by third-party entities, such as (Transaction costs, taxes, fees, or charges). Including third-party services and content within the Blue Platform does not imply any endorsement or responsibility on the part of Blue. Users are advised to review and understand the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party services they access through the platform.
By utilizing the Blue Platform and accessing third-party services, users accept that Blue cannot be held accountable for the actions, products, or services of these third-party providers. The user is responsible for exercising caution and making informed decisions while interacting with third-party services or content accessed through the BluePlatform.
Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the terms and conditions of use and privacy policies set forth by these third-party entities, as they govern the user’s access to and use of their respective services.
